  Rob Ralyea, MS, RS, is a retired senior extension associate of the Dairy Foods Extension Team in the Department of Food Science at Cornell University. He also served as the Food Processing and Development Laboratory Manager in the same department for 18 years, leading all dairy product development and innovation projects. 

 Ava Maduro, Food Safety & Regulatory Paralegal, is an undergraduate student at Cornell University studying Food Science, with experience in food microbiology research, food defense and is HACCP certified. Ava plans to pursue a law degree after graduation.

Tracy Fink, MSc and PCQI Lead Instructor,  has decades of frontline experience in agriculture, global supply chains, and food safety risk mitigation, with special focus on sanitation controls and training.
